Meet Boris, the beautiful Golden Retriever dog model, animal actor, therapy dog, and pet influencer. He is highly versatile, well-behaved, and sweet. Much like his siblings Darcy and Lily, he adapts well to new environments. Boris is a registered ‘Pets as Therapy’ dog and therefore boasts a calm and sociable temperament. He is very caring and relaxed around people and can work alongside a wide range of co-stars.
Boris has the on-set experience and can respond to both verbal & hand signals where needed. He can respond to commands from a distance making this handsome chat very responsive and easy to work with.
This clever boy has significant experience modelling for both still pet photography briefs and film shoots. Boris, Darcy and Lily were selected to become the faces of the well-known dog brand Beaphar (lactol). Recent work has seen the trio perform together for more brand awareness projects, and they currently feature in Yumove‘s branding, having completed an outdoor photoshoot where they behaved impeccably.
Away from his siblings, Boris worked as a dog model for Purple Bricks online estate agency for its latest TV advert; ‘Faces of which Commissary’. This required him to work with an actor and follow commands, which this tremendous animal actor did with zero issues. Stunning Boris most recently shot a commercial with Lintbells YuMove as part of the TV advert; ‘The number 1 veterinary Joint Supplement’.
This trio of Retrievers have also worked for Barbour Dogs on a photo and video shoot that has been very popular on Barbour‘s social media channels. The photogenic trio modelled the dog clothing perfectly and their calm nature made them a dream to work with.
On social media, the trio regularly promote partner brands on their Instagram account, mainly focusing on small pet businesses like @dogg8uk and pet food brand Barking Heads, with whom they are affiliated. They are able to employ various social media promotional tactics, tailored to the needs of the client. Promoted posts, stories, giveaways, and discounts, as well as the standard grid posts are all on the cards.
