More information about this animal
Introducing Obe, the handsome male miniature Shetland pony. Born in 2004, he is 32 inches and is a very well trained pony.
He is a stunning bay colour with the distinct features of a Shetland pony. True to his breed Obe is very gentle, has a good temperament and is very intelligent.
Pet Acting/Modelling Ability
Obe shares his home and lives with a range of various animals including dogs, goats, sheep, pigs, reindeer, ducks and hens. Oberon also lives among a string (which is the collective noun for ponies) of 19 ponies. This means that he will be comfortable with a variety of different animals whilst on set.
He has a high level of intelligence and has an incredibly varied skill set. Obe is able to perform and has mastered a range of different tricks and commands.
Due to his incredibly good temperament, Oberon can be ridden by young children both on and off his lead or reins. This shows that he is patient, calm and would be comfortable around children of all ages.

Horse Acting/Modelling Experience
Oberon has had a lot of experience being in outdoor shows and in pony displays and pony performances. He has also worked inside onstage and in halls in front of large crowds.
This means that he would be happy to work in a busy environment with lots of new people, other animals and lots of loud sounds. Also, Oberon is used to travelling to each show, therefore, would be happy to work in different locations.
