Breed: Standard Long Haired Dachshunds
More information about this dog
Otis & Figgy are two lovable rogues. Both boys are very chilled laid-back individuals. These two are regularly socialised with other dogs. They have both been shown in the past so are used to crowds & being handled by strangers. They travel well & are happy off lead in safe places.
A 6-year-old male with a stunning deep shaded red colour. This is a regal looking boy with a stunning coat. He has a more aloof character than Figgy but is friendly and well socialised. There is nothing more he adores than being pampered & is first in line when the hair dryer comes out. This is probably as well as his favourite hobby is wallowing in muddy puddles & swimming in any water.
Pet Acting / Modelling Ability
Otis will work with people of all ages including children & non-reactive dogs. It’s worth noting he has a high prey drive so small animals/chickens are best avoided. He does not like to be dominated by another male dog but overall is very social with all that he meets.
This 8-year-old red Standard Longhaired Dachshund is a beautiful red colour. He is the clown of the outfit. Figgy loves everybody & believes in living life to the full, he has personality in abundance. True to his breed characteristics he is stubborn but can easily be convinced that it was his idea anyway with a few treats. He is very food motivated & is also known as pickpocket he will find the treats in no time.
Pet Acting / Modelling Ability
Figgy will take direction from others/stranger if there is a treat involved. Well socialised & regularly exercised with other friendly dogs this little dog is full of fun. Although bought primarily as a pet he has loved to strut his stuff in the show ring with enthusiasm that belies his age. His friendly love of life has earned him many admirers over the years. He would happily work with children & other dogs as well as adults as he is a very sociable & well-balanced dog, a bit of a clown.
He has his Bronze Good Citizen award.
Both dogs can be booked together or as a solo.
