Introducing Barney the male Whippet dog model. Barney is a fun happy go lucky dog that loves nothing more than chasing a ball or having a good chase with another dog. He is more than happy in the company of people including children; other dogs, horses and often comes out riding with his handler and her horses.
Pet Acting / Modelling Ability
As well as being able to do basic obedience he has passed his Kennel Club good citizens obedience award in both bronze/silver and is currently working towards his gold.
He has passed level 1, 2, 3 and 4 with Lucky Dog training, Trick Star Awards. Barney is a keen member of his local dog agility group where he is working towards his first competition. This talented Whippet is a member of a demo team with a local training club and loves to attend dog shows to promote positive dog training.
Barney is also a registered Canine Concern dog and has visited residential homes on a regular basis. Barney is a fun happy go lucky dog that loves nothing more than chasing a ball or having a good chase with another dog.
He can work from a distance to voice commands and will also happily work with a model or actor with no issues. If there is a specific commands Barney can be taught on request with notice.

Paws up (front and back),
Go around an object
Dust a table,
Sleepy (retrieve a pillow and put his head on it),
Kiss, jump through arms,

To name but a few..
Because of his build, he doesn’t really like hard surfaces so will only do certain tricks such as crawl and roll over on a soft surface and would also prefer to sit and lay down on this type of surface. His preferred choice out of sit, stand and lay down would be to lie down.
Barney is a gentle, calm, social, confident dog who hasn’t got a bad bone in his body. He is very quiet and you can take him anywhere and he just goes with the flow. He is well socialised with a variety of environments and doesn’t get anxious in unfamiliar surrounds.
This dog model is excellent in the company of dogs in all sizes and he has a submissive character. He is brilliant around children, sheep, cows and people. He is happy to stand near cats/birds on the lead in a quiet manner but would chase if they moved quickly.
In all this handsome hound makes a stunning pet talent for a huge array of modelling or acting roles.
