Aurora – Border Collie
Name: Aurora
Breed: Border Collie
More information about this dog
Aurora is a sweet little girl who always wants to please. With her stunning black and white mid length coat she is a great option for a canine actor in your next project.
Pet Acting / Modelling Ability
This beautiful girl is full of energy and character for sure! Her favourite treat is cooked chicken and she loves toys, running, trick training and frisbee.
A typical collie, she likes people and doesn’t mind a fuss but really she wants to play with them, a game of tug is one of her favourites. As she is high energy she can be a little clumsy so may be a bit quick around children when running about. Aurora is good with other dogs, however, can be slightly nervous of some new dogs. She has worked with other dogs in the past and posed comfortably for photos with several other dogs. Usually, she just ignores them and keeps herself to herself as long as they don’t jump all over her. She is best not working with cats or small furries.
She can be desensitised to new environments but it is worth being aware she is a sensitive and sweet girl so sudden, loud noises may worry her.
Aurora can work from a distance and learn specific tricks for new projects if given some time. Aurora works to a mixture of voice and hand signals.
She has posed for photographs and can be set up nicely for action shots with her solid stay and recall.
